New Patients

Your first visit is about finding out what’s actually going on, not selling you a treatment plan.

We take a full set of x-rays, check every tooth, look at your gums and the way your bite comes together, and do an oral cancer screening. It takes about an hour.

Then we sit down with you. We’ll tell you what we found, what needs attention now, what can wait, and what each part looks like, before anything gets scheduled. If something can be watched instead of treated, we’ll say so.

Bring your ID and your insurance card if you have one. We’re a Medicaid practice, and we see cash patients too. If you’re not sure whether your plan covers you here, call before you come in and we’ll check it.

A lot of people walk through our door having put this off for years, often because of how they were treated somewhere else. That’s the most common story we hear. You’ll get the same care and the same tone either way.
